Mini-Charm Pack Table Topper

Supplies:
1 mini charm pack (42 2½” squares)
14” x 14” batting
14” x 14” backing fabric
2 - 2¼” x WOF strips for binding edit

Instructions:
 
Find 14 pairs of mini charms
Add one contrasting charm to each pair
 
From each group, cut the two like charms in half diagonally to make 4 triangles. 

​Stitch one triangle to two opposite sides of the square. Fig. A
Press and trim off the points. Fig. B
Stitch the two remaining triangles to the two remaining sides. Fig. C
Press and trim each block to a 3.5” square

Arrange the 14 square-in-a-square blocks according to the picture
Stitch them together in rows, then stitch the rows together
Layer with batting and backing
Quilt  (I quilted it with the Spiderweb design from Walking Foot Quilting Designs)
Trim and add binding
