Artist Statement:
My quilt is inspired by an amusement park with people having fun. I faced the quilt (instead of binding it) because the amusement park keeps going.
Design Inspiration: Amusement Park. I drew it from memory and then made the quilt.

Nature Fun by Noor

Artist Statement:
I like my quilt because it's natural. It was fun looking for the different threads and picking the different stitches. And what I like is that Smoofy is a blue bear panda. I called him Smoofy because he snoops in people’s things.
Design Inspiration: I was inspired by Nature. I drew the picture from my head and then made it a quilt.

Past-Tether ball, dolls, badminton, & soccer.
Present-Remote control vehicles & video games.
Future-Everyone is in a virtual reality having fun in a whole different dimension.
I love to draw so I learned how to free motion quilt so I could draw with the sewing machine.
